DRIVER TESTIMONIALS

Chris

Chris had lots to say when asked what his likes about working for Bailey Trucking. “People are easy to work with. They are approachable. They talk to you and joke around with you. I am thanked for what I do and I am appreciated. That means a lot. I keep busy and make a good income. The size of our company makes it personal and I am not just a number. It is family oriented and people really care. One time when I had to take care of a family emergency, my dispatcher told me ‘you have helped us so much. We are glad to help you too’. When I have screwed up, they show me what to do and move on. My runs are the best possible ones the have to give me. They may not always be perfect, but that is part of trucking. The equipment is great too. I would like to think this is the last company I will ever drive for.”

Keith

Keith had only been at the company for 2 months when he was asked for a testimonial. When asked about what attracted him to the company and what he likes so far, here is what Keith had to say.  “I heard from other drivers this was a great place to work. I am glad I work here too. It is the best decision I ever made. I make good money. Everyone is friendly. My boss and dispatch are fantastic. I love my Peterbilt Truck. The mechanic tells me how to fix things that are wrong if I am out on the road and it is something I can easily do while we are on the phone. If that isn’t possible, he does it right away when I return. I love that I am not gone all week. I am home every few days!”

Ivan

Ivan had good things to say about what he liked. “The biggest thing I like about working for Bailey Trucking is they treat you like a family member and are easy to talk to. There is an open-door policy. Your suggestions are considered and you get feedback on why or why not something is done. That just doesn’t happen at a big company. The equipment is top notch. Mechanics fix issues right away. When I get pulled over for a DOT inspection or talk to drivers of other companies, they always comment on how good the equipment is. Scheduling is really good. You can be as busy as you want or work as little as you want. If anyone is interested in working for a good company, they should go to Bailey!”

Patti-Portis-Testimonial

Patti

Patti said she likes “Everything! My boss knows my name. I love my trips. I am not out 10 to 15 days at a time. I am home every other day. There is no forced dispatch and I always know my schedule for the next week so I can plan things. The equipment is good and I don’t worry about breaking down.”
